Nader to Visit Iowa

By Becky Ogann

DES MOINES (AP) - Presidential candidate Ralph Nader plans to visit Iowa next week.

Nader, the Peace and Freedom Party's candidate in Iowa, plans to hold a news conference at the state capitol in Des Moines at noon on Oct. 10, followed by a rally at Iowa State University at 1:30 p.m.

Nader has run for president twice before. He ran as the Green Party's candidate in 2000 and as an Independent in 2004.
