DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- It's a moment some players spend four years hoping to have: a game in Wells Fargo Arena.

On March 6 the Marion Indians took on the Xavier Saints in the 3A Iowa High School Athletic Association State Basketball Quarterfinal game.

Just before the game ended, the Indians were able to give one of their teammates a moment of a lifetime.

JD Grawe was thrown into the game to sink this shot just before the buzzer to get his name into the state record books.

The Saints won the game, 67-60 to move on to the semi-finals.
