CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - A chilly afternoon is ahead, even though we have a lot of sunshine. Highs are going to be stuck in the 30s for most of the area, although a 40 is possible south of I-80. That northwest wind of 15 to 25 mph should keep wind chills in the 20s.

While tomorrow is still going to be breezy, it'll be a warmer wind. Highs climb into the 50s under a mostly sunny sky. We'll drop back again to end the week, but it'll be pretty typical for mid-March.
There is a chance of rain or a rain/snow mix Friday night, but that ought to be gone early on Saturday, leaving us with a mainly dry weekend.
