Cold again, with chills below zero

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- The cold remains on track for a few more days, but the weather is quiet otherwise. Temperatures will really struggle, with single digit highs over the north, and lower teens farther south. Wind chills yet again look to remain below zero most of the day.

The silver lining of this episode of cold air is that we don't have a deep snow pack to deal with. If we did, we'd likely have temperatures 15 to 20 degrees colder in all areas.

Moderation is out there, and we should see a return to the 30s by next week!
