CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - A child's good behavior doesn't always come naturally, it's a learned skill.

Parents of young children have a community resource available to them - it's called TIES, which stands for Teaching Interventions to Empower and Strengthen Families. It's a program, which helps parents learn techniques for teaching positive behavior*. It's a free resource.
