CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - Widespread rain has been awfully slow to develop. It'll finally do that later this evening into tonight, continuing into Saturday. The bulk of the showers should be out by early Saturday afternoon. Rainfall totals should still end up roughly around an inch, although the higher amounts are looking more isolated than they were before.
It'll be windy on Saturday with gusts as high as 30 mph. Temperatures won't move much, staying in the 60s tonight through Saturday.
The weekend isn't a loss, though - Sunday looks great with sunshine and 70s. Cooler weather in the 60s should dominate most of next week.
