Quiet end to the work week.

Temperatures will be on the cool side again today, though we'll all see plenty of sunshine. Over the deeper snowpack of northeast Iowa, highs into the lower 30s are about all you'll get. Farther south, where little to no snow is on the ground, temperature should reach into the mid-30s fairly easily. Tonight, plan on another one in the teens. Tomorrow, highs will moderate somewhat, but this is a pattern to have some patience with. This weekend, we still expect most of this system to miss us down to the southwest, leaving us mainly dry and seasonable. Next week, plan on a cooler start to the week, with rapid moderation beyond Wednesday. This is a dry 9-day forecast with the next good sign of moisture holding off until St. Patrick's Day for the most part
