CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- A weak cold front passes south of the state tonight. Along it, into the early evening, you may see an isolated shower. Following its passage, a light northerly wind takes over, helping us keep a quiet weather pattern going through the upcoming weekend. High pressure drifts in bringing with it slightly drier and somewhat cooler air. Highs remain the lower 80s with lows in the 60s. Dew points also will be a bit lower so a more tolerable muggy meter can be expected through Sunday. Have a great night!
