Flurries possible north today, then drizzly tonight

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - Today won't be the nicest-looking day, but it'll be warmer than it has been recently. Highs climb to the upper 20s with a cloudy sky. A bit of light snow is possible this afternoon, mainly in northern Iowa.

Temperatures will keep rising tonight. With that comes the potential for fog and drizzle. Freezing drizzle may occur in northern Iowa until temperatures rise above 32. Fog and drizzle remain early on Tuesday with a few showers here or there. Highs approach 40 in the afternoon.

A slight chance of a wintry mix is here Wednesday, followed by dry weather Thursday and Friday. We'll also cool back down for a couple of days.
