CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - Flurries or light snow are possible early this afternoon. Most of us will just have a cloudy sky, though. This afternoon will be warmer than it's been recently with highs in the middle to upper 20s. South winds pick up a bit.

Temperatures will continue to slowly rise tonight, and with more moisture moving in, that will lead to areas of fog and drizzle. Freezing drizzle is possible in northern Iowa, which may cause localized icing until temperatures rise above freezing late.
Patchy drizzle and a few rain showers continue Tuesday morning until a cold front sweeps through. Highs of 35 to 40 will be common early, with a slow fall in the afternoon. A slight chance of a wintry mix or light snow returns late Wednesday through early Thursday as the week ends on a cooler note.
