CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) - To get this recipe started, you need a couple of pounds of pork loin that are diced up in about 1 inch cubes.
Add about a half cup of diced onion, a couple of table spoons of chopped garlic, about a table spoon of oregano, about a tea spoon of pepper flake, and about a tea spoon of salt.
Add a couple dashes of soy sauce and a couple of table spoons of olive oil. Give all this a toss. Take the pork mixture and toss it on the grill.
Cook for minute or two.
Chop the pork a little bit. Add a quarter cup of sun- dried tomatoes and a quarter cup of onions. To fill the pitas get a little bit of baby spinach and some of the pork mixture. Take a sprinkle of diced cucumber, a little crumbled feta cheese.
