CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- High pressure continues to keep us quiet as we move through the end of the work week. Cloud cover increases a bit on Friday with highs near 40. The weekend has been the focus for our next rain/snow chance. As it looks right now, the energy is well south of the state, so the chance is slight for a rain/snow shower Saturday night into early Sunday. Most areas will stay dry. After a cool start to next week, moderating temperatures close to 60 are expected by the end of the week. Have a super night!
