CRPD responds to bank robbery at U.S. Bank

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Police officers responded to U.S. Bank on 16th Avenue SW at 11:47 a.m. for a report of a bank robbery.

A black male, approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build, wearing a gray hoodie, came into the bank on January 3.

Officers are investigating whether the suspect left in a car or on foot.

They say no weapon was displayed and no one was hurt during the robbery.
