Cedar Rapids police are on the scene of a shooting.

Officers responded to the 100 block of 15th Street northeast along 1st Avenue around 9 p.m. Sunday.

Officers have an area taped off with crime scene tape, and say at least one person suffered an injury. We do not know the extent of that injury.

Sunday's shooting is just a couple of blocks away from a shots fired incident about two hours earlier. It's also just a couple of blocks away from a shooting the previous weekend that left three people with injuries.
