Blood drives to forgive outstanding parking tickets

Park Cedar Rapids, in partnership with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center, will host Citation Forgiveness Blood Drives this summer.
The blood drives will allow downtown parkers a chance to help those in need in exchange for forgiveness for outstanding citations up to $25 per donation.
They will take place in the MVRBC Donor Bus outside the Park Cedar Rapids office at 349 4th Ave SE on June 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and August 16 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
