“Cabin Fever Reliever” a Concert for Children

Event Description

This folk music program by storyteller/folksinger Rich Baumann is for elementary and pre-school children and sponsored by Dubuque Montessori School. Baumann will perform songs about animals and farming, feelings and growth, self-acceptance, and self-reliance. Along with guitar and fiddle, Baumann plays mandolin, banjo, autoharp, and several more unusual instruments. The program will begin at 3:00 pm and will be held in the Irving Elementary School Gymnasium. Advance tickets are available by contacting Dubuque Montessori School at 556-5101 or Carrie at 583-4095. Admission is $5 per person; discounted tickets are available for DMS families.
