5th Annual Benefit Motorcycle Ride
Registration 9am, Kickstands up at 11am
Waypoint is gearing up for the 5th Annual Benefit Motorcycle Ride on October 14, 2017. The ride is part of Waypoint’s Gentleman Campaign™ happening during October, National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This campaign celebrates the true gentlemen in our community and their direct impact on ending domestic violence.
The ride will start at McGrath Powersports in Cedar Rapids and Silver Eagle-Harley Davidson in Waterloo and wind through some of the counties served by Waypoint’s Domestic Violence Victim Services Program, making stops in Quasqueton, Delhi, Winthrop, and Brandon. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. with kickstands up at 11:00 a.m. Registration is $15.00 for one bike and $25.00 for 2-up. Throughout the ride, there will be a general raffle with great prizes donated by local businesses. Honor. Inspire. Remember. Join us for an evening event to highlight those who are fighting pancreatic cancer and to honor those who have passed.
OK Factor will be playing from 6:30-7pm, and also during the ceremony. Registration is from 6:30-7pm, and the event starts at 7pm. Admission is free and donations will be accepted.

Help Operation Diaper Drive reach its goal of collecting one year’s supply of diapers for local families in need by donating disposable diapers and wipes in the collection boxes at Cedar Rapids and Marion Hy-Vee Food Stores and Drugstores anytime from October 2 - 22, 2017. All sizes, brands and even open/partial packages of diapers are welcome.
