It's A-list Contest Time! Sign-Up Your Business!

From March 23rd - May 17th, KCRG-TV9 viewers will log-on to www.kcrg.com/alist to vote for their favorite local businesses. Enter your business now to be sure they can vote for you!

Every business that was in the A-list last year needs to create a new 2009 iGuide account.

Log-in to you iGuide account, here. Go to the DASHBOARD. Look for the A-list logo and select your category! You only get to compete in one A-list contest category, so choose wisely. You can still be listed in multiple categories in the iGuide directory, but those will not be included in the A-list competition.	Create an iGuide account, here. Who is eligible to compete in the 2009 A-list Contest?
To enter the A-list contest, your business needs to be two things:

Within the KCRG-TV9 viewing area (these counties):
Allamakee, Benton, Blackhawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Cedar, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Grundy, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Tama, Washington, Winneshiek
And legitimately within the contest categories:
Entertainment: Art Gallery, Casino, Live Comedy, Museum, Theater, Theatre Group
Beauty: Day Spa, Hair Color, Hair Salon, Massage, Tanning, Tattoo and Piercing
Dining: Barbecue, Breakfast, Burger, Chinese, Family Restaurant, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, New American, Pizza, Romantic Restaurant, Sandwich Shop, Steakhouse, Sushi, Thai, Traditional American
Fashion: Designer Jewelry, Maternity Apparel, Men's Clothing, Vintage and Resale, Women's Boutique
Health and Fitness: Bike Shop, Dance Studio, Gym, Sporting Goods, Yoga Studio
Nightlife: Beer selection, Bowling, Live Music Venue, Neighborhood Bar, Pub, Sports Bar, Trendy Bar

This year, we’ve partnered with Iowa.com’s iGuide. What that means for you is more data, more upgrade options and more exposure. Your listing will not only be seen on KCRG.com, but also on Iowa.com, GazetteOnline.com, and HooplaNow.com.

Winners of each category will be announced during the week of May 25th on KCRG.com and KCRG-TV9. Each winner in each category of the A-list will receive an official certificate from KCRG-TV9, which may be placed in the winning business locations.
