Flooding forces new Cedar Rapids resident out of home

One man says he hopes he avoided major damage to what he calls his ideal home in the Czech Village neighborhood of Cedar Rapids.

TowerNewNetwork.com has started a live stream of a camera from its tower to watch the Cedar River rise.
