TowerNewNetwork.com has started a live stream of a camera from its tower to watch the Cedar River rise.

From evacuation plans and shelters to road closures and sandbags, this is the main information for flood response.

Parlor City located in the New Bohemia district opened its doors Sunday to volunteers and offered them free beer.
